Our impressive team of highly experienced tutors offer a very professional and bespoke approach to each student’s learning. We are a very accessible and approachable team of tutors, who make sure every student and family is seen and heard. With years of experience in the field, our educators have the knowledge and expertise needed to provide top-notch educational services.

We believe working with a small team of teachers we select, know, trust is for the best interests of our pupils. Our philosophy has always been to hire fewer tutors who we could get to know personally and to allocate more tutoring hours, so that pupils benefit from their richer teaching experiences, as well as their higher commitment. Most of Hyde tutors are either full time tutors who graduated from Oxbridge, G5 and other top universities, or teachers with past teaching experiences and QTS/PGCE teaching qualifications. We don’t hire tutors without a bachelor’s degree. 

All Hyde tutors undergo a rigorous screening and interview process. Their performance is regularly reviewed, monitored, and subject to client satisfaction surveys. Internal team building meetings and dinners are frequently organized, and teaching standards and training sessions are designed and delivered by experienced educational experts, including Principal of Hyde Academy, James Hanson.
